Stillman Property Management announced it has been selected to provide property management services at six condominium and cooperative complexes in Westchester County that will add nearly 900 residential units to the Harrison company”™s management portfolio.
They are Chatsworth Gardens, a 75-unit condominium in Larchmont; Heritage Tower, a 120-unit condominium in White Plains; Media Lofts, a 21-unit condominium in New Rochelle, Kimberly Gardens, a 404-unit co-op in Yonkers; The Cambium a 143-unit condominium in Larchmont, and Water”™s Edge, a 76-unit condominium in Rye.

The 31-year-old family-owned company manages more than 100 condominium, cooperative and rental properties in the New York metropolitan area. The firm recently moved its headquarters to 440 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison.
