Stark Office Suites, a metropolitan area provider of turnkey executive offices and virtual-office services, has signed a long-term lease at a Mount Kisco office building owned by Stark”™s office landlord in Scarsdale.
The company recently announced it will occupy the entire first floor at 118 N. Bedford Road, relocating its Mount Kisco office from 100 S. Bedford Road. The newly leased property is owned and managed by Celestial Capital Group LLC, which also owns and manages 2 Overhill Road in Scarsdale, where Stark Office Suites opened an executive-office center in 2009.
Founded in 2004 by Adam Stark, the company is headquartered in Rye Brook and also has offices in Manhattan, Harrison, White Plains, Danbury, Greenwich and Stamford. Its offices serve more than 800 clients and total 175,000 square feet of space. Stark Office Suites has more than tripled its revenue in the past six years, according to the company.
Stark in the announcement said the office move gives clients “a significantly upgraded facility with a brand new high-end build-out in a prime location. This building is truly the jewel of Mount Kisco and will allow us to continue to grow our Mount Kisco presence.”
The company said the new state- of-the-art facility will serve as the model for future Stark offices and renovations. The Mount Kisco location is home to more than 100 clients across a variety of industries that include law, finance, marketing and real estate.
Stark Office Suites was represented in the lease deal by Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates in Scarsdale.
