Shelton-based Northeast Private Client Group announced Co-Founder and Senior Vice President Brad Balletto received CoStar PowerBroker Q1 2023 Quarterly Deals Awards for two of the top 10 sales transactions in the Westchester / Southern Connecticut submarket.
Balletto was honored for his work in the sale of Rhodium Portfolio, a 13-building multifamily portfolio comprising 437 units in Bridgeport in February ”“ he represented the seller and procured the buyer for a sales price of $39.6 million. He was also cited for his facilitation of Sherwood Square & Avon Apartments, a multifamily property in Stratford that sold in March for $23 million ”“ Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer for this 129-unit property.
