Heritage Realty Services L.L.C. re-signed a longtime office tenant at the former Gannett Office Park in Harrison, recently renamed Westchester Park Center.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., one of the world”™s largest insurance brokerage and risk management services firms, has signed a long-term lease renewal for 21,615 square feet of space at 2 Westchester Park Drive. The company will continue to occupy the entire third floor of the building.
Broker Roger Ludwig of Colliers International CT L.L.C. represented the tenant.
Leggette, Brashears and Graham. Inc., a professional groundwater and environmental engineering company, newly leased 3,729 square feet of office space at 4 Westchester Park Drive.

Manhattan-based Heritage Realty, led by CEO George T. Constantin, in July lost a major tenant in the former Gannett Office Park when Wilson Elser Moskowtiz Edelman & Dicker L.L.P., the county”™s largest law firm, vacated its approximately 140,000-square-foot headquarters at 2 Gannett Drive to relocate to a 125,000-square-foot office at 1133 Westchester Ave. in White Plains.
