Stark Office Suites has signed a 10-year lease extension at its White Plains headquarters while passing the 100,000-square-foot mark in its rapid metropolitan expansion.
Founded in 2004 by president Adam J. Stark, the provider of turnkey executive offices and virtual office services also has leased a third floor for its 3-year-old operation in One Grand Central Place at 62 E. 42nd St. in Manhattan. Occupying 38,914 square feet of space in the midtown tower, Stark Office Suites will offer 24 offices, four conference rooms and several workstations to professionals and entrepreneurs in its new 40th-floor space.
At its company”™s 445 Hamilton Ave. headquarters in downtown White Plains, Stark added 1,700 square feet when extending its lease to 2022 with landlord Heyman Properties L.L.C.
The company has more than 500 clients, who have use of conference space in all Stark Office Suites locations in New York City, Westchester County and Stamford, Conn.
The company”™s other Westchester offices are at 100 S. Bedford Road in Mount Kisco and 2 Overhill Road in Scarsdale. The Stamford office is at 243 Tresser Blvd.
