New Jersey-based Normandy Real Estate Partners has leased 146,691 square feet of office space to date this year at The Exchange, its 14-building, 1.6 million-square-foot office parks portfolio on Westchester”™s Platinum Mile.
Represented by CBRE brokers, Normandy has inked four new leases this year. Tokyo Leasing, a provider of leasing, installment sales and other financial services for IT-related and industrial equipment, has leased 14,562 square feet at 2500 Westchester Ave., where nuTravel Technology Solutions has newly leased 5,988 square feet of space. Also at 2500 Westchester, Ammann & Whitney, a design and construction services firm, is leasing 6,249 square feet.
Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, a civil engineering and environmental firm, has signed for 2,578 square feet of space at 707 Westchester Ave.
A spokesperson for the Morristown, N.J. real estate company said Normandy has invested more than $30 million in The Exchange since taking over the former Platinum Mile portfolio from RXR Realty L.L.C. in early 2009.
CBRE senior vice president Brian Carcaterra, vice president Michael McCall and senior associate Peter Hansen represented Normandy in the deals.
