A three-building package of industrial properties totaling approximately 101,000 square feet in the town of Mount Pleasant recently sold for $5.75 million, Goldschmidt and Associates reported.
The deal was co-brokered for the seller, the family of the late Westchester builder Theodore Furst, by Eric S. Goldschmidt, senior partner at the Scarsdale brokerage. Furst, owner of the former Duke Millwork in Thornwood, built the three properties at 99 Castleton St. in Pleasantville, 10 St. Charles St. and 17 Gramercy Place in Thornwood.
The buyer, AG Duke Realty LLC of Mount Kisco, was represented by Adam Garber of Princeton Realty Group.
New York City lawyer Ernest H. Gelman was the seller”™s attorney and Laura G. Alcott, of Dorf & Nelson LLP in Rye, represented the buyer.
