The Norwalk mixed-use property 430 Main Ave. has been sold for $6 million in an off-market transaction.
The three-story, 34-583-square-foot building is on a 1.52-acre parcel directly across the street from the Merritt 7 Corporate Park and is comprised of 14 retail and office units on its first two floors and nine apartments on its third floor. Angel Commercial LLC secured the buyer, an undisclosed investor, and coordinated the transaction with C&H Lew LLC, which owned the property for 15 years.
“Prior to the sale, we leased several units to bring the occupancy to 90% and increase cashflow,” said Brett A. Sherman, senior vice president at Angel Commercial. “The new owner plans to make cosmetic upgrades and fill the remaining spaces.”
