Great River Corporate Center, a four-story Class A office building located across the Fairfield County border in Milford, has been listed for sale.
Situated on 11.86 acres at 440 Wheelers Farm Road, the 168,251-square-foot property was opened in 1988 and underwent a $10 million renovation project starting in 2020. The property is currently 17% leased to three tenants and is anchored by Connoisseur Media.
“Milford generally competes against the neighboring Shelton and Trumbull office markets, which consist of a wide tenant base in the consumer product, finance, professional services, and defense/aerospace industries,” said Cushman & Wakefield, the property’s listing broker, in its promotional material for the center.
