Park Avenue Health Care Management signed a long-term direct lease for the 12,263-square-foot space it has sublet for seven years at 3 Barker Ave. in White Plains.
The company since 2004 has occupied a full floor of the 65,300-square-foot office building owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
Howard E. Greenberg, president of Howard Properties Ltd. in White Plains, represented the tenant in the deal.
