Marks Paneth LLP, the regional accounting firm headquartered in Manhattan, plans to relocate and double the size of its Westchester office by early next year, the firm”™s brokers at Colliers International announced.
The company will move from 660 White Plains Road in Tarrytown to a 19,939-square-foot office at 4 Manhattanville Road in The Centre at Purchase office park owned by George Comfort & Sons. Marks Paneth expects to occupy its new office by January.
The firm also has offices in Washington, D.C., Parsippany, N.J., and Woodbury, Long Island.
“Marks Paneth is growing, and has expansion needs which cannot be accommodated at their current locations,” said Al Gutierrez, executive managing director at Colliers International, in the announcement. Gutierrez represented the tenant in the lease deal along with Michael T. Cohen, Colliers tristate president, and Andy Roos, tristate vice chairman.
The landlord was represented in-house by Dana Pike, along with Hilarie Siles and Stephen Banker, of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Mark Levenfus, managing partner at Marks Paneth, said the venue in the four-building, 675,000-square-foot Centre at Purchase “gives us room to expand as we continue to grow our firm, organically and through acquisitions.”
