Three deals with new and renewing tenants at Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford highlighted an active third quarter of leasing in the county for commercial landlord Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
The real estate investment trust, based in Edison, N.J., reported leasing 184,023 square feet of space at its office and flex properties in Westchester during the third quarter. Across its real estate portfolio in the Northeast, Mack-Cali leased 955,570 square feet of space during the quarter.
In Cross Westchester Executive Park, Vivint Solar Developer LLC, a developer of solar and renewable energy systems technology, signed a new lease for 24,275 square feet at 3 Westchester Plaza. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Edward Pidgeon of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services LLC.
Also at 3 Westchester Plaza, Fabrication Enterprises Inc., Â a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of products for physical and occupational therapy, athletic training, and home care, signed a new lease for 12,550 square feet of space, raising the company”™s total leased space at Cross Westchester to 93,944 square feet. Mack-Cali was represented in-house in the deal by Ivan Abry, assistant vice president of leasing.
Publishers Circulation Fulfillment Inc., a distributor for the print media industry, renewed its lease for 24,112 square feet of flex space at 300 Executive Boulevard, a fully leased 60,000-square-foot building in Mack-Cali”™s Elmsford commercial park. The landlord was represented by Abry.
