Home prices during March, including distressed sales, dropped by 0.1 percent on a year-over-year basis in the Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk market, according to new data from CoreLogic. On a month-over-month basis, home prices, including distressed sales, stayed the same from February to March.
Statewide, Connecticut”™s home prices, including distressed sales, were up 0.9 percent year-over-year during March. Nationwide, year-over-year prices were up by 7.1 percent and month-over-over prices increased by 1.6 percent from February to March 2017.
