Stamford-based JB Moving Services has bought 480 Bunnell St. in Bridgeport, a 23,000-square-foot industrial property, for $1.6 million.
The property housed All Phase Steel Works from 2006 until it declared bankruptcy in 2016. Bruce Wettenstein, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, was appointed by the federal Bankruptcy Court to liquidate the asset. Wettenstein procured the buyer, who had been searching for the past year for a new location.
