IVI International Inc., a construction and environmental consulting firm, has signed a lease for 13,000 square feet of space with RexCorp at 106 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains.
CB Richard Ellis was the broker representing IVI, which has its headquarters on Red Oak Lane in White Plains.
“This additional space will fulfill the short-term requirements for our expanding construction cost segregation and workout services,” IVI president Carl de Stefanis said in a written statement.
The new location gives IVI a total of 26,000 square feet in White Plains. IVI also has regional offices in Los Angeles, Miami, Bethesda, Md., Dallas, Las Vegas and Chicago.
