Newmark Group (NASDAQ:NMRK) announced the signing of a 3,737-square-foot lease for Intentional Self Aesthetics at 23 Vitti St. in New Canaan.
Intentional Self Aesthetics offers services including clinical skincare, injectables, laser skin rejuvenation, laser/light-based, hair removal, platelet-rich plasma, wellness services and non-invasive body contouring. The medical practice, led by Dr. Teresa Alasio, will take a substantial portion of the building’s second floor, and the property will now have 2,008 square feet of space available for lease on the first floor.
23 Vitti St. is part of a mixed-use development that includes residential units and medical office space across three separate structures.
