Greenwich Hospital has announced the relocation of one of its medical groups to a 10,000-square-foot space at 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich.
The hospital, which is a member of Yale New Haven Health, already operates a business office at the 3-story, 105,000-square-foot medical office building, which is off Route 1 near the Connecticut-New York border. The building now has less than 25,000 square feet of available space. CBRE worked with the hospital and Benedict Realty Group, which acquired the property in 2017.
“With no other large blocks of medical space available in the Greenwich market, 75 Holly Hill has become a very desirable location for health care providers,” said Robert Crane, an associate in CBRE”™s Stamford office. “The property”™s proximity to the hospital and the additional parking that ownership created made it the ideal choice for Greenwich Hospital.”
