Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Scarsdale-based Goldschmidt and Associates has been named the executive broker for the Keystone Square project in White Plains.
The project, located at 80 Westchester Ave., will consist of 45,000 square feet of retail and 75,000 square feet of a hotel or assisting living complex, with 200 parking spaces for retail.
Saber Real Estate Advisors and Chauncey Partners are developing the project, with a goal to open by spring 2014.
