Friedland Realty Advisors in Harrison announced four recent property deals in Westchester that include more than 27,000 square feet of space and sales and leases totaling $2.2 million.
Friedland”™s Andy Grossman brokered the $1.35 million sale of a 7,300-square-foot warehouse and office building at 135 S. Pearl St. in Port Chester. The property was sold to Ravikoff Associates by Marshall Equities Inc. Grossman represented both the buyer and seller.
Friedland brokers Steve Kornspun, Robin Herko and David Scotto represented both parties in the sale of 301 S. Fulton Ave. in Mount Vernon. The 10,000-square-foot property, formerly owned by 301 S. Fulton Corp., was sold to Sammy Properties Inc. for $465,000.
In Yonkers, Friedland”™s Elias Everett closed two industrial leases for tenants.
At 42 School St., landlord Ausil LLC leased 5,000 square feet of space to Latin American Distributors. At 60 St. Casimir Ave., Yeats Contracting leased 5,000 square feet of space from the owner, 4550 White Plains Rd Inc.
