A portfolio of four multifamily properties in Stamford has been listed for sale at $10.5 million.
The portfolio spans 25,470 square feet and consists of 25 oversized units: 308 Greenwich Ave. (six units), 312 Greenwich Ave. (six units), 114 Ludlow St. (six units), and 142 Ludlow St. (seven units). The Greenwich Avenue properties are contiguous lots with a shared driveway and parking lot in the rear of the property while the Ludlow St. properties are separated by one tax lot and have off-street parking for the tenants.
The rear lot of 114 Ludlow St. is rented to a landscape company for storage for $3,200 per month that is accounted for in “other income.” All of the tenants pay for their own heat and hot water through individual electric systems.
Matt Cawley, president of National Multifamily Corp., is the representative for the portfolio’s seller.
