A vacant commercial property in Fairfield that was once a Bank of America branch has been sold for $1.82 million.
The 5,440-square-foot property on the 0.89-acre parcel at 1320 Kings Highway Cutoff was closed in 2020 when Bank of America began to modify its regional presence in a wave of branch closings.
The transaction was an off-market deal coordinated by the commercial real estate firm Angel Commercial LLC. The property”™s buyer is 1320 KHC Assoc. LLC, an investment firm, and the seller was The seller was 1320 Kings Highway LLC.
“The property is currently available for lease and features a canopied drive-thru with four bays,” said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial. “It is minutes to I-95, across from McDonald’s, and close to Marshall’s, CVS, and DSW.”
