Mary Jane Denzer, a high-end women”™s fashion boutique, will move from Mamaroneck Avenue to a 5,000-square-foot space in the Ritz-Carlton complex at 7 Renaissance Square in White Plains.
“With the new space, we are thrilled to be able to host more events and designer appearances,” Mary Jane Denzer, the company’s founder, said in a written statement.
Denzer opened her retail store in Westchester 35 years ago. Brand Allen, an architectural firm with offices in Austin and San Francisco, crafted the retail space at the old location and will also work on the new space, Denzer said in a press release.
Cushman & Wakefield, the world”™s largest privately-owned real estate firm, acted as the selling agent for the new location.
