The retail property at 1610 Post Road in Fairfield was sold for $2.4 million.
The 4,500-square-foot commercial property is situated on a 0.35-acre parcel and is fully leased, with the Greek restaurant Lantern Point Taverna as the anchor tenant and the bakery Bonkers Cupcakes and the clothing boutique BoHo Prep as the other tenants.
The seller in the transaction was 1610 Post Rd LLC and the buyer’s identity was not disclosed. while the identity of the buyer remains undisclosed. Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, was the sole broker in this transaction.
