Rye-headquartered Elk Homes has begun leasing its newest multifamily property, 15 Parkview Ave. in Bronxville.
The 80,000-square-foot newly constructed complex offers 60 apartments in a mix of one-, two- and three- units. The amenities at the complex include a fitness center, co-working space with complimentary coffee, outdoor seating area with fire pit, rooftop terrace, pet bath, and package delivery lockers. On site parking with electric chargers will also be available.
