DLC Management Corp., a private owner and operator of open-air shopping centers with headquarters in Tarrytown, recently added seven urban shopping centers in four Southeast states to its national portfolio.
The company acquired 28,774-square-foot Brookwood Village in Atlanta, Ga.; 69,546-square-foot Cobb Center in Smyrna, Ga.; 85,665-square-foot Greystone Village in Raleigh, N.C.; 262,195-square-foot Highland Square in Jacksonville, Fla.; 64,255-square-foot North Pointe in Columbia, S.C.; 95,509-square-foot Peachtree Parkway Plaza in Norcross, Ga. and 64,038-square-foot Poplar Springs Plaza in Duncan, S.C.
The seller was Regency Centers, a shopping-center real-estate company headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla. The portfolio sale price was not disclosed.
DLC Management has acquired 18 shopping centers in the Southeast in the last 11 months and anticipates more growth in the region before the end of the year, company officials said. Nationwide, DLC leases 77 open-air shopping centers totaling more than 15 million square feet in 24 states.
