The developers of The Hazel Stamford, a mixed-used property in the Harbor Point neighborhood, announced that more than 90% of the building”™s luxury residences have been leased.
Located at 44 John St. in Stamford”™s South End and formally opened last month, the seven-story property was developed by Fields Grade and Alpine Residential and includes a mix of 183 studios and one-bedroom homes, of which over 80% are occupied. The available residences are priced from the low-$2,000s and offered with varying incentives. The Hazel also features 2,475 square feet of street-level retail and public community space.
The building”™s leasing program and management is being conducted by the developer”™s affiliated management company, South Oxford Management.
“The success of The Hazel reflects the strength of Stamford”™s rental market,” said William Rosato, an Alpine Residential partner. “There”™s a deep pool of renters who want a modern apartment in a lively and energetic city that offers great access to New York City. With its well-conceived residences, upscale amenities and a convenient location just blocks from the Stamford train station, Tha Hazel provides the kind of exceptional lifestyle experience these renters seek.”
