Four tenants renew leases in county
Abbey Road Advisors, a private real estate investment company in Westport, Conn., signed four tenants to renewed and expanded leases in the first quarter at its office properties in Westchester.
In Valhalla, My Publisher!, a self-publishing house for photo books, calendars and cards, extended its current lease of 25,544 square feet at 400 Columbus Ave. and expanded into 6,050 square feet for a total of 31,594 square feet.
In Yonkers, two Westchester County government offices agreed to 10-year lease renewals. The Yonkers district office of the county Department of Health renewed for 12,090 square feet at 20 S. Broadway. The Westchester County Educational Opportunity Center renewed 33,672 square feet at 26 S. Broadway.
Another 26 S. Broadway tenant, attorney Steve Anduze, renewed his lease for 1,559 square feet.
