A pair of central Connecticut office properties were purchased by two limited liability companies (LLCs) tied to a Darien doctor for $7.18 million.
The Hartford Business Journal reported that Dr. Denis Bouboulis is a principal of the LLC that acquired a 13,470-square-foot building at 311 Centerpoint Drive in Middletown for $2.62 million and is also a principal for another entity the bought the 34,530-square-foot building at 306 Industrial Park Road in Middletown for $4.55 million. The transactions occurred through the Ten-X online commercial exchange.
Bouboulis”™ medical practice in Darien focuses on the treatment of allergies, asthma and immunology, as well as pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder. Thomas York, a principal at East Hartford-based Goman + York, represented the seller and stated Bouboulis had no plans for major changes at the properties.
