County Coach Corp., a family-owned bus company in Purchase, will consolidate its expanding operations at an approximately 12,000-square-foot warehouse with office space at 30 Nursery Lane in the city of Rye, according to brokers at NAI Friedland Realty Inc.
County Coach president David Kucera closed in February on the $1.6 million purchase, or about $133.33 per square foot of industrial space, with seller Beauty Products Inc., owned by Diane A. Quincy.
The sale was brokered by Friedland Realty vice president Andy Grossman. Grossman in a press release said County Coach will centralize its offices, house its growing fleet and do repairs at the Rye property. County Coach is headquartered at 287 Bowman Ave. in Purchase.
Grossman called the sale “an ideal situation for all parties. The property allows the new tenant to continue to expand business while staying within Westchester County. The deal also gives the previous owner peace of mind, knowing the site will be in good hands and gaining a fair price for the property.”
