The owner of the International Corporate Center in Rye has retained Colliers International as exclusive leasing agent for the 180,000-square-foot office complex at 555 Theodore Fremd Ave.
The ARC Cos., a group of New York City-based real estate companies, paid $39.5 million one year ago for the Class A office complex of three connected buildings. The property was sold by Faros Properties, a Manhattan-based real estate investment firm that paid $30.3 million for the corporate center in 2011.
Approximately 27,000 square feet of space is available in the 27-year-old center, with several tenants actively negotiating leases, according to Colliers.
Tenants at the complex include Dorf & Nelson LLP’s U.S. headquarters; Greenbriar Equity Group LLC; Mitsubishi Imaging Inc.”™s U.S. headquarters; Varta Microbattery’s U.S. headquarters; and the Bank of Tokyo, among other financial, law, and professional services firms.
The landlord is represented by a team from the Stamford office of Colliers International that includes Al Gutierrez and Michael Gordon, executive managing directors; Ian Ceppos, senior managing director, and director Stephanie Coleman.
