Safe & Green Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SGBX), the Miami-headquartered developer, designer, and fabricator of modular structures, announced that is has obtained a certificate of occupancy for its Monticello Mews project, located in Sullivan County.
With this certificate, Safe & Green the leasing process can begin on the first phase of the development which will consist of 110 one- and two-bedroom units, with amenities including a clubhouse, gym, and outdoor green spaces. The company plans to construct approximately 180 townhomes at this development, and the commencement of the second phase will be announced at a later date.
