Fast Linen Service Inc. will expand its commercial laundry operations and relocate its headquarters from the Bronx to 945 Nepperhan Ave., a former coffee distribution center in Yonkers, according to brokers at NAI Friedland Realty Inc. and New York Commercial Realty Group.
The laundry company, which occupies a 6,000-square-foot warehouse on White Plains Road in the Bronx, paid $2.725 million for the approximately 32,500-square-foot warehouse in Yonkers.
The buyer was represented by NYCRG”™s Frank and Michael Rao in the deal. Andrew Grossman, vice president in Friedand Realty”™s industrial division, represented the seller, B.R.P. L.L.C.
Grossman said Fast Linen”™s “ambitious and energetic owners” plan to refinish and remodel the building”™s interior and exterior for their growing service company”™s headquarters.

Brokers at New York Commercial Realty Group in Harrison closed several other leases and a property sale in Westchester in addition to the Fast Linen Service deal.
At One Depot Plaza in Mamaroneck, School of Rock leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in a long-term deal brokered for the landlord by NYCRG, which also procured the tenant.
At 2 Elm St. in Ardsley, subtenant DCBE Inc., a construction management company, leased 4,800 square feet of flex warehouse space from Elm Street Sports Group L.L.C., which operates House of Sports in the building.
At 800 Westchester Ave. in Rye Brook, the law firm Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin P.C. opened its first Westchester office in a 7,250-square-foot space.
NYCRG represented the lease assignor, Precision Valve Corp. CBRE”™s William V. Cuddy Jr. represented the tenant in a direct deal with landlord RPW Group Inc.
In Pound Ridge, NYCRG was sole broker in the $1 million sale of 73 Westchester Ave., a 5,500-square-foot retail building. The buyer is an affiliate of Dougert Management Corp. in the Bronx.
At 555 Theodore Fremd Ave. in Rye, NYCRG represented tenant Andros Foods USA in a long-term lease for 3,150 square feet of office space. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank broker Lawrence Ruggieri represented the landlord.
In Hawthorne, Executex Office Technologies leased 3,393 square feet of space at 50 Broadway. NYCRG represented the tenant and Mark Blandford of Diamond Properties represented the landlord.
