200 Greenwich Ave., a 62,850-square-foot mixed-used retail and office property in Greenwich, has sold for $67 million.
The 3-story property was built in 1988 and is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue on the ground floor, which recently signed a long-term lease and expanded from its longstanding store directly across the street. The real estate brokerage Compass occupies the majority of the property”™s office space, while other retail tenants include Sweaty Betty, Fjallraven and Vilebrequin.
Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin, Jeremy Neuer and Travis Langer of CBRE”™s National Retail Partners represented the owner, 200 Greenwich Avenue LLC, in the sale and also procured the buyer, Kensico Properties of New York City.
