Chateaux, a Norwalk-based technology services and solutions consulting company, has been acquired by Coretelligent, a Massachusetts-based IT management services firm. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes Podshore Galaxy Services, a Chateaux subsidiary founded in 2018 and based in Bangalore, India. Chateaux has a 37-year history with a client roster that includes FedEx, NFL, Dannon, Pepsi, Honda and Heineken.
“We have long sought to join a company for which Chateaux could add value through our specialized set of services, expertise, and experience,” said Ken Zimmerman, founder and CEO, of Chateaux. “In Coretelligent, we have found a partner that shares our values and culture, and will benefit from our expertise in digital transformation, including application development, integration, and analytics.”
Zimmerman and his fellow Chateaux principals Mark Montanaro and Vijay Rathna will remain in their leadership roles.
