Catherine A. Draper, of Pelham, was recently named to the Westchester Library System Board of trustees. Draper serves as the District IX representative covering Bronxville, Eastchester, Pelham and Tuckahoe.
A graduate of Swarthmore College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Draper served as a trustee of the town of Pelham Public Library for 10 years. Following nine years as a member of the Pelham Board of Education, she joined the board of the Pelham Education Foundation and currently serves as its board president. Draper is also board president of the Westchester Children”™s Association and is an active Rotarian focused on programs that benefit children and youth.

Jennifer Maher, of Mahopac, recently joined J. Philip Real Estate L.L.C. as associate broker and director of development. She will run the commercial division and spearhead the expansion of the firm’s presence in northern Westchester and Putnam County.
A current vice president of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Maher is also chairwoman of the Putnam Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she was associated with Keller Williams in White Plains and was also a team leader for its Scarsdale market center. Maher has also run her own independent commercial brokerage.
