BRIDGET CLARK has been appointed has director of marketing services at Focus Media Inc., a Hudson Valley-based advertising and public relations agency. Clark previously served as the director of enrollment marketing and campus communication for St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkhill. She will be responsible for directing client marketing through advertising, branding and public relations efforts at Focus Media.
DAWN MORRISON has recently been appointed the new executive director of the Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation. Morrison served as part of the foundation staff since 2010 and prior to that, held leadership positions at Southlands Foundation, Land Resource Consultants and the United Way of Dutchess County. She will oversee raising funds, develop and carry out major gift campaigns, along with managing the foundation staff and overseeing overall operations.
PETE PALMER recently joined MedAllies as chief security officer and will be responsible for the oversight and ongoing management of MedAllies information program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
MARK J. STELLWAG of Newburgh has recently been promoted to group vice president at MT&T Bank. Stellwag, a member of M&T”™s commercial real estate group, holds a bachelor”™s degree from Pace University.
WALKWAY OVER THE HUDSON held its annual membership meeting June 2 at Mahoney”™s Irish Pub & Steakhouse at which time new board and committee members were appointed, board officers were elected and departing board members were honored. The following five candidates were welcomed as board members of the nonprofit organization: Christina Bark. founder and president of Christina Bark & Associates; Michael Fleischer, retired president and owner of Holby Valve, Inc.; Paul Haering, vice president of engineering and system operations at Central Hudson Gas & Electric; Sean Kearney, vice president of The Kearney Realty & Development Group; and David Ping, senior vice president of strategic planning and business development at Health Quest.
ROBERT A. WALTON has recently been appointed vice president for finance and administration of the Claremont University Consortium. Walton will replace current vice president Elizabeth Eismeier. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a master”™s degree in library and information science.
