Burke Day/Heels & Wheels Sunday, April 7, commemorating Burke’s founding, kicks off with the annual 5k & Kids Fun Run on Burke’s White Plains campus, 785 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the 5k race begins at 9:45 a.m. Runners, walkers and adaptive athletes of all ages come together to compete in this exciting and supportive race.
The fun continues on the quad with Burke Day celebrations including games, activities, entertainment, food, Burke programming and more. Also, the Adult Fitness Center will be open for tours. Admission for all is complimentary.
