Ken Theobalds of New Rochelle, vice president of government and regulatory affairs for Entergy Nuclear, has been named to The Business Council of Westchester”™s executive committee. Prior to Entergy, Theobalds was an assistant secretary to former Gov. Mario M. Cuomo, and congressional staff assistant to Manhattan U.S. Rep. Bill Green. Theobalds holds a bachelor”™s degree from Cornell University and is a graduate of the Entergy Executive Program.
