Jill Fonte has been appointed executive director of United States Tennis A ssociation Eastern in White Plains.  Fonte will lead the section as it places a new emphasis on growing tennis participation among players of all ages and abilities. For the past 12 years, Fonte has worked as an executive coach, consultant and speaker.
