Food Bank Serves Up Awards

Food Bank for Westchester held its seventh annual Hunger Heroes Awards Breakfast June 5 at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown. The event recognized those who have had a positive impact in the fight against hunger in the past year. In addition, the organization presented a trophy to the winning team in the Golden Scoop Corporate Competition, which was held in May at the nonprofit”™s new Elmsford warehouse. (Stop & Shop won for the third year in a row).
