Cultec Inc., a Brookfield-based provider of stormwater and on-site septic wastewater products and services, was acquired by Hilliard, Ohio-based Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1986 by Bob DiTullio Sr., the family-owned Cultec manufactures stormwater chambers for commercial and residential construction projects, and the company also offers septic installations. Cultec”™s chamber installations span the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, South America and Europe.
