Claudia M. Sklar, has been appointed partner and Joshua P. Joy, associate in the Hartford office of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith PC , which also has offices in New Haven, Fairfield and White Plains, New York.
Sklar is a skilled mediator resolving many contested matters through alternative dispute resolution. She graduated summa cum laude from Adelphi University and was an honors graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Joy has experience in matters concerning collections, insurance defense, property rights and mediations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut, and his Juris Doctorate from the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
