Andrew Hlushko has been named president of the White Plains-based mechanical, electrical and plumbing consulting firm Collado Engineering.
He takes the reins from firm founder Al Collado, who has led the company since its formation in 1999 and will continue as chairman of the board of directors.
Hlushko joined Collado as vice president in 2011, bringing global expertise in managing large and complex projects in multiple market sectors.
Hlushko served as a 15-year member of the Electrical Engineering Board of Advisers for Manhattan College and currently serves on the board of directors and the executive board of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York.
