Consumers and former People's United employees are complaining about the process.
Assistant Principal Jeremy Boland claimed he would not hire Catholics, conservatives and older workers.
Tong also called on Connecticut residents to contact his office if they remain unsatisfied with Frontier’s service.
"Connecticut families pay far too much for their energy," Tong said.
