The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has renewed its lease for 50,846 square feet at 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains.
Carl Austin, president of Austin Corporate Properties Inc., represented the nonprofit agency in the lease renewal. The Rye Brook real estate firm also exclusively represented the nonprofit agency in its initial relocation and expansion from New York City to White Plains.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. Its mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
