The Healthgrades 2022 Outstanding Patient Experience Award was awarded to White Plains Hospital for the seventh time, placing it among the top 10 % of hospitals nationwide for patient experience, according to Healthgrades. White Plains Hospital is one of only six hospitals in New York, and the only one in Westchester County, to be recognized with this honor in 2022.

Healthgrades evaluates performance by applying a scoring methodology to 10 patient experience measures, using data collected from HCAHPS surveys of the hospital”™s own patients.
