OLA Consulting Engineers LLC celebrated 50 years of excellence in engineering with an anniversary party Nov. 7 in the Atrium of its new office building at the Summit at Westchester, at 100 Summit Lake Drive, Valhalla. The celebration marked not only a major milestone for the firm but also its exciting move to updated and expanded headquarters.
“We were thrilled by the incredible turnout from our many friends and valued clients,” said Patrick F. Lynch, PE, president of OLA. “It is an honor to celebrate this milestone, which reflects the enduring relationships we’ve created and the support we’ve received in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. We’re looking forward to moving our headquarters to a beautiful new space at the Summit next month.”
The event brought together more than 500 attendees from a variety of trades and professions, both inside and outside the building industry, underscoring OLA’s collaborative spirit and its integral role in the region’s development. The celebration also paid tribute to OLA’s lasting impact on Westchester County through its work on numerous landmark projects for clients that include PepsiCo, Regeneron, Swiss Re, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, White Plains Hospital, Northern Westchester Hospital, White Plains Public Library, Rippowam Cisqua School, Katonah/Lewisboro School District, Stone Barns Center for Agriculture, Pace University, Manhattanville University, Westchester Community College, Westchester County Parks, and Westchester County Department of Public Works & Transportation.
Since its founding in 1974, OLA has grown from a small regional firm to the largest engineering firm in the Hudson Valley focused on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering, as well as energy engineering and commissioning services. Known for its focus on sustainability, OLA has contributed to projects that range from new construction to retrofits and renovations, blending technical excellence with environmental responsibility.
With its new headquarters as a launchpad for future growth, OLA’s 50th anniversary celebration highlighted not only its legacy but also its vision for the decades ahead. The Atrium, filled with partners, colleagues and friends, served as a fitting backdrop for honoring the relationships, technical expertise and community focus that have defined OLA’s journey.
