Kristen Anderson, Bob Delagrange, Melissa Melone, and Rachel Mesite recently joined in equity ownership of Hoffman Architects + Engineers. They join the firm’s 16 other shareholders in shaping the direction of the company.
Delagrange serves as the senior business development manager at the firm, as well as co-chair of the programs committee and a member of the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Building Congress. Anderson and Melone work as staff architects at the firm and are members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Mesite holds the position of corporate secretary and serves as an officer of the firm, handling various finance and reporting responsibilities.
The firm specializes in blending architecture and engineering expertise to rehabilitate building exteriors. It has seen over 45 years of success and is hopeful that these new shareholders will facilitate its continued success in the future.
