The Orange County New York (OCNY) Arts Council will host the county’s largest Arts and Music Festival on Sunday, Sept. 1, at the Hudson Sports Complex in Warwick, New York. The event titled OC Live! will feature artists from across the county and the Hudson Valley region combining elements of a live music festival, an art fair, a makerfaire, and a food truck festival. Tickets are available at ocartscouncil.org. General admission is $10 presale and $20 at the door. OCNY Arts Council members are $5 presale, $10 at the door.
OC Live! is designed to provide an accessible opportunity to all artists who live, work or play in Orange County. The day will be carefully crafted for the guest experience, while removing barriers for the artists. All who wish to present their art, including performing arts, visual arts, maker arts, culinary arts and more will be given a spot to present with a simple registration. Over 150 local artists are already registered to present at this event, and artist registration will remain open until one week before the event. The festival will also feature collaborative art creation, a DJ for spontaneous dancing, and the release of the Orange County NY Arts Council’s brand update and new logo. You won’t want to miss this fun-filled day of art to celebrate the final weekend of the summer.

A diverse Board of Directors made up of community leaders, business leaders, arts enthusiasts and professional artists oversees the Orange County Arts Council. Many of its programs are designed and implemented by volunteers serving on various committees.
