100 Castle Ave. sold for $1,650,000, equating to a price of $412,500 per unit. The 4-unit townhome property is conveniently located between Blackrock Turnpike and Kings Highway. Each unit of the 11,081-square-foot property consists of three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a two-car garage. All four units have hardwood floors, high-end updated kitchens, granite counters, and were built in 2007.
